The Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council (“GLEPC”) is an interdisciplinary group of accountants, attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, trust officers, and other advisors who are engaged in estate planning. GLEPC members and their guests meet monthly from September to February to discuss, network, and educate each other on topics of interest in their respective fields.
Any person who meets one or more of the following criteria is eligible for membership in GLEPC upon payment of a $160.00 membership fee:
(i) an attorney licensed by any state bar;
(ii) a certified public accountant licensed by any state;
(iii) a trust officer employed by a financial institution empowered to offer trust services;
(iv) a chartered life insurance underwriter;
(v) a certified financial planner, chartered financial consultant, or registered investment advisor;
(vi) any other individual employed in the area of estate planning.
